About the position:

We're looking for a Hiring Specialist to support scheduling and interviewng candidates for all postions across our orginization.You will:

• Coordinate interview scheduling for an assigned division of the company.
• Support multiple positions with varying priorities.
• Work with a diverse talent pool.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Managers and HR leadership to facilitate the candidate interview process.
• Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This position requires working onsite in Greene, NY. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

About you:

• 3+ years administrative, scheduling or related customer service experience is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience Outlook (email and calendar)
• Experience Microsoft Teams
• Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
• Ability to effectively communicate through email, phone, and/or text communication.

What is in it for you?

Salary - The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Four or more years of related experience is required.
