Meaningful Work with Experiential Learning

LG's 2023 Summer Internship Program will be a 9 week internship from June 5 through August 4, 2023.

The internship will be based in office at the LG Minneapolis, MN Office and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.

Responsibilities

• Build a standardized report utilizing various systems that pull data from Amazon.
• Capture Monday morning pricing, PO status, LBB drivers, high WOS drivers, Return data analysis, Andon Cords, LBB and marketplace management, VC catalog clean up and replen code updates.
• RDD change follow up with SCM team.
• Assist in Prime Day data sourcing in July.
• Assist the Q3 growth on the Amazon platform in readiness for the largest event of the Year - Prime Day. The impact of this event is tremendous to the overall Revenue and brand for visibility.
• This person will assist in all aspects of the business leading up to and Leading out of this key event, which includes ensuring logistics, stock levels, content readiness, and promos etc are in check.
• This person will assist the team in operations but most importantly in data sourcing so key insights and actions can be taken on what's reported.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University
• Rising Junior or Senior in Bachelor's degree program
• Business/Marketing/related major is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good math skills and working knowledge of statistics
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities, including competing demands
• Knowledge in Excel and Power Point
• Tableau experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Quick learner on systems and ability to prioritize
