Home Improvement Technician Needed Immediately
Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remodeling Service Technician to join our team of experts. As a Remodeling Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general remodeling and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work required for each project.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the best course of action.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remodeling or construction.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various remodeling techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
