About the Role: Are you a hardworking pharmacist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, with a daytime schedule of 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. This role also offers opportunities for overtime, on-call coverage, and participation in a weekend rotation. We also offer a flexible part-time hourly option for candidates interested in weekend shifts. This role includes two shifts per week on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it a great fit for those looking to supplement their schedule or maintain work-life balance. *** Candidates with limited experience in infusion and nuclear are encouraged to apply, as we are committed to providing training to the right individual. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate pharmacy services on a daily basis, reporting to the Manager as needed • Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure timely delivery of services to all patients/customers • Ensure a secure and safe working environment within the pharmacy • Assist physicians in formulating and compounding prescriptions, monitoring regimes, and obtaining patient prescriptions • Prepare and maintain clinical records, serving as a clinical resource person for clients and caregivers regarding drug therapy • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; Master of Science or Doctor in Pharmacy desirable • Continuous completion of appropriate CEU’s for licensure • Criminal background check • Current licensure as a registered pharmacist in Arizona, with a minimum of two years recent experience in an acute care setting or one year in home infusion therapy • Strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and therapy • Ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapy in collaboration with healthcare professionals • Participation in professional societies and organizations desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients.
