We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinkingHome Infusion Pharmacistto join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of home infusion therapies.
β’ Adhere to all applicable regulations, SOPs, USP <797> standards, and ACHC guidelinesto ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance.
β’ Serve as actingPharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)in the absence of the PIC and assist with management responsibilities.
β’ Manage and mentor staff, ensuring positive team collaboration and operational efficiency.
β’ Collaborate across departments (nursing, intake, billing, operations) to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
β’ Deliverpatient and caregiver educationon therapy administration, medication safety, and treatment expectations.
β’ Monitor therapy outcomes, identify adverse drug events, and document clinical interventions.
β’ Support quality improvement initiatives, including audits, safety reviews, and performance monitoring.
β’ Assist withinventory management, cost-effective purchasing, and operational process improvementsaligned with business growth goals.
β’ Participate in management discussions and strategic planning to support organizational success.
β’ Remainflexible with schedulingas needed, including occasional evening, weekend, or on-call support.
Qualifications
β’ PharmD or BS in Pharmacyfrom an accredited program.
β’ Current and active pharmacist license in GA and FL.
β’ Strong clinical foundation with the ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly.
β’ Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally.
β’ Knowledge of USP <797> standards, sterile compounding practices, and ACHC guidelines required.
β’ Prior home infusion experiencepreferred but not required,comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
