Key Responsibilities • Provide safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of home infusion therapies. • Adhere to all applicable regulations, SOPs, USP <797> standards, and ACHC guidelinesto ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance. • Serve as actingPharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)in the absence of the PIC and assist with management responsibilities. • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring positive team collaboration and operational efficiency. • Collaborate across departments (nursing, intake, billing, operations) to ensure seamless patient care and workflow. • Deliverpatient and caregiver educationon therapy administration, medication safety, and treatment expectations. • Monitor therapy outcomes, identify adverse drug events, and document clinical interventions. • Support quality improvement initiatives, including audits, safety reviews, and performance monitoring. • Assist withinventory management, cost-effective purchasing, and operational process improvementsaligned with business growth goals. • Participate in management discussions and strategic planning to support organizational success. • Remainflexible with schedulingas needed, including occasional evening, weekend, or on-call support. Qualifications • PharmD or BS in Pharmacyfrom an accredited program. • Current and active pharmacist license in GA and FL. • Strong clinical foundation with the ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally. • Knowledge of USP <797> standards, sterile compounding practices, and ACHC guidelines required. • Prior home infusion experiencepreferred but not required,comprehensive training will be provided.
