We are always looking for new talents to join our homologation team in Italy. We are looking for new talents to join IDIADA’s resident engineering team, to be integrated into the Homologation Team for a world-leading vehicle manufacturer.

Main tasks will include:

• Information collection on upcoming homologation regulations related to vehicle and component Safety Standards, regular update of all documents needed for the vehicle type approval (e.g. Information document drafting and test report drafting);
• Information collection on homologation regulations for Self-certification (e.g. USA and Canada) and handling internal tools for self-certification tracking;
• Handling data for preparing official worldwide homologation booklet needed for approval, to be sent to Technical Services/Authorities world wide (e.g. information document, test minute, etc.);
• The homologation engineer may also be called to attend homologation tests;
• Regular travel to Croatia to support client testing and homologation activities when required.

Qualifiche

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role in the automotive field
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering (other relevant engineering disciplines or experience will be considered)
• Italian mother tongue
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge in regulation, technical and safety requirements
• Interest in the field of full vehicle compliance
