Hybrid NC -Remote Available NC

Position Purpose: Facilitate program development and implementation for business unit from definition of requirements, project planning, execution, measurement and implementation.

• Collect and analyze data on Medicaid benefits, provider types, and billing requirements to identify factors affecting product implementation• Develop policies and procedures for products for existing and new markets • Research and review RFP and contracts to ensure policies and procedures align with contract requirements for the state and health plan • Create healthcare product research documentation to drive specialty therapy network development, contract implementations and utilization management guidelines • Identify NCQA and state requirements and ensure development of compliant program descriptions, policies and materials • Develop and manage project plan for business unit products and ensure compliance with established timelines • Assist with the development of training materials for providers, including reference guides, presentation materials, etc for new markets • Serve as the liaison between Cenpatico and new market for the business unit's product through the implementation phase

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of writing and project management experience.
