Hospice Marketer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Hospice Marketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and generate referrals for our home hospice services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing or sales, particularly in hospice, home health, or senior care services. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales (hospice or home health strongly preferred). Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare providers. • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve referral and census growth. • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth intake and onboarding process for new patients. • Maintain a deep understanding of Medicare hospice benefits and compliance standards.
