Gold Cup Wine Bar offers a sophisticated ambiance and fabulous setting, perfect for cocktails and delicious fare. We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing Hosts/Hostesses who are passionate about providing excellent service!

Essential Job Functions:

• Accept dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
• Assist the manager on duty with station/table arrangements and reservation assignments.
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
• Resolve any customer issues as necessary.
• Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness; check menus for regular updates.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service; review the special of the day if available.
• Assist wait staff with rolling silverware when business demands.
• Thank guests for their visit and welcome them back upon exit.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education/Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related food and beverage or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
