THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Houseperson to assist the Guest Room Attendants. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.9734 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and neat
• Clean ash urns constantly, clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, etc; mop and clean all marble or tile floors in assigned area
• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, roll aways, cribs, etc., to guest rooms
• Empty all trash and linen from the Guest Room Attendants’ carts as needed
• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it
• Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, safety procedures, general clean, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping procedure
• Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Is Bilingual with English as the primary or secondary language.
• Has experience in a similar resort setting.
