Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes and commercial establishments. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a clean environment. • Manage housekeeping duties including laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. • Execute carpet cleaning and floor care procedures to uphold quality standards in cleanliness. • Ensure all areas are properly sanitized, especially high-touch surfaces, to promote health and safety. • Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and organized. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations in hotel or commercial cleaning settings. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Experience • Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is advantageous. • Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning environments is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for success in this role. • A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization is highly valued.
