The Creekside Comprehensive Care Center is set to open its doors in late March 2025. This is a thrilling opportunity to join a dedicated team at the forefront of the future of healthcare!  The Creekside Comprehensive Care Center will be a 32,000-square-foot facility located in the heart of The Woodlands, Texas. This innovative center will unite care teams from Primary Care, specialties such as Cardiology and Orthopedics, as well as Physical Therapy and Lab services, all under one roof to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The Creekside Comprehensive Care Center will be a pioneering establishment—featuring modern approaches and workflows that empower our clinical teams to provide the highest standard of care in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.  Notable features will include:

• Enhancements for provider experiences, including AI-powered solutions that automatically document patient encounters with instant note delivery.
• Advanced communication tools, such as Digital Communication Boards that enable seamless interaction among providers and staff.
• On-site access to Specialists and Physical Therapists.
• Modern staffing models designed for optimal patient experiences.

Candidates should have an MD or DO degree, as well as be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family medicine.
