Defines high-impact, short and long-term process and tools optimization and management of change strategies at the corporate, business, and/or regional level. Works with and manages cross-functional project teams. Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance, focused on how process changes or capability adoption can drive both a better experience and better business outcomes for HPE GreenLake.

Defines, manages, and evaluates improvement plans to ensure they are operationally executable. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Partners with stakeholders to identify and implement operational experience improvement initiatives. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert in HPE partner landscape and/or aaS operations. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Provides direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external partners/ customers/ clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and leads key initiatives involving multiple functions and program teams to drive operational process and experience improvements for aaS product or service offerings across the Partner Ecosystem.
  • Leads Partner Experience improvement initiatives resulting directly from user feedback gathered through external and internal surveys.
  • Directs the development of overall process improvement strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for HPE GreenLake Partner Ecosystem initiatives.
  • Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with current and future HPE GreenLake strategy and owns responsibility for overall initiative resource management.
  • Communicates initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates across cross functional teams both internally and externally
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into the organization.
  • Reviews and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process improvement guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process improvement quality and results for the organization.
  • Manages, develops and presents HPE GreenLake strategy to partners
  • Cultivates relationships with Program Managers and Geos to build a feedback loop on process, tools, areas for improvement, etc.
  • Designs templates and procedures for Sellers, Partners, and/or Customer Success Managers to leverage with partners
  • Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Provides assistance with technology platform early phases, e.g. feedback from the GEOs for business requirements and may participate in IT release activities such as UAT.
  • Works collaboratively with Global Sales, Marketing, HPE Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure process changes and new capabilities are well-adopted

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 10+ years work experience.
  • Often 2 years post' advanced degree experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
  • Experience in application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and alignment with business vision and strategy.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated business acumen, specifically for the partner ecosystem
  • Experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit initiatives, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and translate into terms that can be understood by different user groups/ personas
  • Ability to independently manage project objectives.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to project objectives.
  • Ability to select, evaluate or create forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement

Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
