Job Requirements:
Develop and grow the Thermal Engineered Materials (TEM) product offerings in the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry (HPI) and be a part of our Global Growth organization.
The ideal candidate will work with OEMs and End Users in the HPI market to get TEM materials specified, enabling our sales team to create and close opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the field sales team and industry professionals to understand market trends, market needs and customer requirements.
- Identify & communicate key growth opportunities to management team
- Conduct market studies, go to market strategies, and generate voice of the customer to help TEM identify and close new opportunities in the marketplace.
- Network with key decision makers in HPI Industry at new and existing customers.
- Develop 5 year business strategy for TEM in HPI Industry
- Ability to collaborate in a cross functional matrix organization
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required with 8 years of experience in HPI or similar industry.
- Knowledge of refractory products & previous experience in HPI market is preferred but not required.
- Travel is required, estimated 50% of the time in the Texas & Louisiana region but may require additional travel outside of those states.
