Essential Duties:Â
HQ Recruitment and Hiring Process:
- Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level, including but not limited to HQ recruitment process, Predictive Index administration, and diversity and inclusion program oversight
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring process for all HQ staff under the direction of the Recruiting Director and the Head of People Success.
- This includes creating and maintaining the HQ job descriptions, placing ads through the marketing team, screening applications, arranging interviews, coordinating assessments and maintaining relevant documentation and correspondence.Â
- Work with onboarding to ensure successful hand-off/launch and completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Ensures all HQ new hires are onboarded in the ATS system correctly.
- Support clinical hiring needs during peak seasons and as needed.
Other Duties:
- As needed, travel to the Company’s headquarters for relevant meeting participation.
- Performs other duties within the department or other areas as assigned

Qualification Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of recruiting experience and/or equivalent combination of education and related, relevant experience.Â
- Functional knowledge of human resource generalist role and functional knowledge of basic employment laws.
- Previous experience with entering, maintaining, and reporting from an HRIS system
- Intermediate-advanced experience with the Microsoft suite of products
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Familiarity with the veterinary industry a plus
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Language Ability:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
