Job Description
Join our team as a Human Resource Administrator and you will be a key driver of our success! In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll work closely with the HR Director to deliver a high-impact, high-quality HR service across our thriving organisation. You'll build meaningful connections with colleagues, provide vital administrative support, and take on diverse responsibilities, from preparing contracts and onboarding new talent to coordinating payroll updates and ensuring compliance. Key Requirements for the Candidate:
- HR Administration Expertise: Proven experience in an HR administrator role, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
- Customer Service and Teamwork: Strong customer focus, collaborative team player, and adaptable to diverse working styles and environments.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent influencing abilities and confidence in interacting at all levels within the organisation.
- Organisation and Flexibility: Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive, adaptable approach to business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and capable of handling complex tasks promptly and efficiently.
