Some of the Responsibilities for the HR Administrator are:

• Process new hire on-boarding paperwork and background screens
• Process I-9 forms to include E-verifications
• Process employee terminations
• Complete and manage court mandated requests
• Completing regular employee data maintenance
• Complete and manage payroll relating items
• Complete all other duties assigned

Qualifications for HR Administrator:

• The ability to work well with others
• Strong computer skills
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous HRIS experience preferred
• Previous HR and/or Payroll experience preferred
