Job Description

The Role: CQC is hiring a Human Resource Administrator to support the global HR function. This new role reports to CQC's Human Resources Manager (US). The position is based in Washington DC. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Admin will be responsible for the following objectives and responsibilities across HR areas:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Complete routine administrative tasks involved in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Assist in managing the Onboarding & Offboarding calendar.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Support ongoing performance management for the team.
- Assist in development of professional development programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Provide support for payroll process in the USA, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
- Assist in administering global benefits program.
- Proofreading and some editing responsibilities in multiple HR areas.
- Research industry salary and benefits data as part of staffing process.
- Track and manage internal salary and benefits data to maintain standards of excellence.
Compliance
- Conduct research for developing policies and procedures as they will apply to employees both in and beyond the United States.
- Creation and maintenance of templates and forms for use by the HR department.
Recruitment
- Support staffing with scheduling of interviews as needed.
Miscellaneous
- Prepare quarterly, all-hands Global meetings.
- Collection of internal and external data for ongoing projects in the areas of benefits, performance management, and project development
- Participate in meetings with potential vendors to assist in decision making process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in HR preferred.
