Job Summary:

The Human Resource Administrator facilitates the human resource administrative processes for all business locations globally. This role serves as the main contact for employee inquiries and refers more complex issues to the Senior HR Generalist and/or HR Director. This position performs a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organizations human resource functions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handles administrative aspects of the onboarding process
  • Administers the FMLA process by ensuring all paperwork is completed
  • Handles administrative aspects of separations
  • Processes invoices and obtains POs for monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices
  • Handles administrative aspects of transfers and promotions
  • Responds to all employment verifications
  • Ensures audits are done efficiently and timely
  • Assists with the following:

    • Stock Administration
    • AAP Filing
    • Ad Hoc Reporting
    • Immigration Cases
    • Multi State Payroll Setup
    • Multi Country Payroll Setup
    • Disaster Recovery

Education and Experience:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent, Associate or Bachelor degree a plus
  • Up to three (3) years of experience in the following areas:

    • Employee Benefits
    • Payroll Processing
  • HR Certification a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • May be asked to work extra hours as needed
