Job Description

HR Administrator (3-4 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore, Hybrid Mode (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager/HR Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires: preparing documentation, conducting induction sessions, and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS as needed.
  • Assist with exit formalities for employees leaving the organization.
  • Help process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions (tax, provident fund, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related reports and documents.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, ensuring all records are updated and filed correctly.
  • Assist with preparing HR-related letters (salary certificates, experience letters, etc.).

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist functions, including hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing.
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of Indian payroll processing, taxation, and statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, etc.).
    • Familiarity with HRMS software and payroll tools.
  • Skills:
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of HR software such as Smart Recruiters, UKG.
    • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
