We are currently transforming Sinch HR, to be fit for purpose for the future. This includes the design of new global HR processes, implementation of new HR technology and improved ways of working, with the establishment of a Global HR Operations capability.Â
To strengthen HR Operations, we are now looking for a HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the delivery of future HR services at Sinch.
About the role
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to employees and managers. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, delivering accurate information on HR policies, processes and routines and handling operational tasks across HR service areas.
Key responsibilities:
Employee and Manager Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers inquiries
- Address and resolve inquiries related to HR policies and processes, and ensuring HR information is accurate.
- Provide guidance on self-service tools and resources available to employees and managers.
Operational support in lifecycle processes
- Support with operational tasks in yearly recurring processes, such as Performance Management, Merit, Bonus and Engagement survey.
- Manage other operational tasks in HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefit administration, rehabilitation, sick leave, mobility, health and wellness etc as agreed with COP and HRBP.
- Handling country/regional operational support as agreed.
- Serve as Process Expert for some processes, including support, training and close collaboration with process owners and HR.
HR Operations team member
- Support with HR Data Management tasks as a back up when needed.
The role is part of the Global HR Operations team and is based at our HQ in Stockholm. It report to the Regional HR Operations Manager APAC/EMEA, who will be based in India.
This is a great opportunity to join a newly created team and build the HR OPS capabilities globally.
About You
To be successful in the role you have a real passion for HR, processes and communication and you love working in a global environment! You have excellent communication skills. You love solving problems and are used to handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and help desk software systems to manage inquiries, track tickets, and document resolutions
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service within HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment regulations.
- Fluency in English.
