As an HR Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview:

Develops relationships with Leadership and employees to provide Human Resources support with a focus on employee relations, employee retention, conflict resolution, and procedures and process improvement. Leads human resources initiatives and improvement projects that affect Deaconess Health System practices. Contributes to and supports the hospitals' vision, mission, Family Centered Care philosophy, strategic goals and policies and procedures. Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• PHR Preferred
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Awareness of federal and state laws applicable to employment activities
