If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources with a minimum of three years of experience as an employee relations advisor.
• Professional in Human Resources or other HR certification preferred but not required.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and company's payroll and HRIS package; including ability to streamline HR processes through HRIS self-service program. Thorough understanding of requirements of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and IRS rules on pertinent benefit programs.
• Spanish fluency a plus
• Experience with WorkDay a plus
