Role
The Your Connection team is at the core of how we care for Crown Castle's teammates so they can focus on driving business results. Your Connection is responsible for a wide array of teammate related areas including hire-to-retire lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, leave administration, cross-boarding, & offboarding), benefits, HRIS navigational support, time management, and general policy questions.
The HR Analyst will provide customer-focused care to Crown Castle teammates by creating exceptional experiences, partnering with internal teams and vendors, and identifying ways enhance supporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Focus on creating a 'white glove' experience while assisting teammates resolve inquiries related to HR policy, programs, and processes
- Manage the full spectrum of employee experience from on-boarding, leave administration, job changes, and off-boarding.
- Maintain human resources information, audit data, prepare reports, and propose business process improvements and automation
- Analyze current processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying system challenges and implementing procedures and processes to overcome them
- Document and implement data workflows, process maps, etc. as required
- Partner with stakeholders across several different functions to improve teammate experience, resolve complex issues, and support projects/initiatives
- Conduct open enrollment and provide ongoing education of health and wealth benefits available to teammates
- Anticipates teammate needs and provides complete counseling experience
- Provides insights on trends & service issues to Business Support colleagues
- Demonstrate broad working knowledge of the department's functional responsibilities and interdependencies with various business partners, and an in-depth knowledge of functional team responsibilities, procedures, risks and controls.
Education/Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) to four (4) or more years relevant work experience
- Experience within HR or other Shared Services function preferred
Expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, UKG & ServiceNow strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills a must
- Ability to proactively prioritize needs and manage resources
- Strong interpersonal skills - written and oral
- Strong work ethic and customer service focus with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong Business acumen - analysis and independent research
- Think critically and contribute to trends, reporting and analytics
- Strong attention to details, organization and multitasking skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
