The Role:
We are looking for a thought partner to provide outstanding support in the implementation and management of our new HRIS and future releases. The Impact You’ll Make:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data
Responsible for data updates, exports, imports, and troubleshooting any data discrepancies
Own system integrations and automation within the various HR systems
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational support within the People Operations department
Creates ad-hoc and custom reports to support daily operations
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Accounting, IT, and other teams to identify system requirements for optimizing processes and reports
You'll support the design and configuration of new system functionality and modules such as onboarding, off-boarding, and talent acquisition
Support employees in all areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to benefits, compensation, leave management, and payroll
Carefully handles sensitive and confidential information/situations and documentation
Stay updated on HR technology trends, best practices, and compliance requirements, to ensure HRIS systems stay aligned with business needs
Who You Are:
You have 5+ years of experience as a People Ops professional
Experience with Rippling is a plus
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize changing situations
Ability to plan, negotiate, organize, and influence internal and external resources
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Deep familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Some experience working with API and Cloud-based integrations.
Ability to analyze problems and develop and execute creative, customer-focused solutions
Ability to work remotely and independently to ensure overall business needs are met
