HR Analyst
Reporting to: HR Program Manager
Location: Hoboken, NJ/Salt Lake City, UT
We are looking for a passionate individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, global analytics role for our growing HR team. The role combines data analysis & insights delivery, Reporting, HR data management along with supporting HR Project. This position supports the NICE CX organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analysis of HR metrics & trends using Excel, Power BI, and other HR systems and applications. Identify root causes impacting performance and provide insights.
- Create periodic reports & presentations to track key HR metrics and KPIs and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders.
- Design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables.
- Responsibility for overseeing the organization's HR data, including Clean up, validation, and maintaining historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities with the HR Business Partners
- Support data governance processes
- Build HR Dashboards
- Lead and support HR projects/programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in people analytics or related role, preferably in a global organization. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel, Including charting, functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's etc. - a MUST.
- Experience of working with data visualization tools such as Power BI - preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time and multiple commitments/ projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated & Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders (international contacts, internal peers, and clients)
