We are looking for an HR Analyst to play a crucial support role within the HR Operations and Global Compliance team, providing analytical expertise and administrative support across various HR functions. This role will manage leaves of absences, assist with system/vendor management, support country-specific compliance efforts, and contribute to audits, filings, and policy updates.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and oversee leaves of absences, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Generate and analyze monthly and ad-hoc HR metrics and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with system and vendor management, working closely with the HRIS Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide support for country-specific compliance efforts, collaborating with the Global Compliance Manager.
  • Assist with audits and filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support the development and implementation of policy/legal compliance updates.

Requirements 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an HR analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements.
