Position Summary

Jenzabar is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Analyst II with a proven record for success in a fast-paced corporate environment. The Human Resource Analyst II will collect, compile, and analyze Compensation and HR data, metrics, and statistics and apply this data to provide analysis, reports and assist to make recommendations, related to Compensation, Compliance, and HR/People analytics.

Essential Tasks
  • Assist administration of compensation programs and task as required based on guidance by Compensation Management
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics from a variety of sources including the HRIS
  • Perform complex, in-depth analysis on headcount, attrition, historical compensation, spends and promotion
  • Assist to prepare analytical summaries and presentations as requested
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible for creating and providing various reports from HRIS systems (ADP) for compensation and HR analytics
  • Responsible to audit and maintain HRIS data sanctity for HR analytics and comp analysis
  • Produces Headcount, KPI, and Turnover report
  • Provide day-to-day support for employees for compensation and HR systems
  • Works closely with HR team to maintain high level of organization within the department
  • Prepares various reports based on HRIS data, performs research, and explain findings.
  • Will perform or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt
  • Assist to maintain and manage job descriptions
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Performs other duties/special projects as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in Human Resources with strong focus on either HRIS, Compensation or HR Analytics
  • 1+ years’ experience working with ADP HRIS system
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (PowerPoint and Word)
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow HR team members, employees, and management
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, and similar employee management software

The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $90,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
