The WBG consists of five specialized institutions: the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Development Association (IDA), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). The World Bank is organized into six client-facing Regional Vice-Presidencies, several corporate functions and thirteen Global Practices to bring best-in-class knowledge and solutions to regional and country clients.

WBG's Employment Policy, Compensation and Systems (HRDPC) is one of the Directorates in Human Resources. Its role is to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies, and strategic programs for staff and the contingent workforce in Washington, D.C. and over 130 country offices. The Department consists of 3 functional areas: (1) Policy, Analytics and Knowledge Management (2) Compensation and Benefits (3) HR Operations and Services. The HR Analyst will be part of a dynamic team under the Policy, Analytics and Knowledge Management unit and will support the Senior HR Specialist, Knowledge Management with the implementation of the HRVPU Knowledge Management Strategy and Action Plan in the areas of web publishing, new product/content development and provision of advice and guidance to other HR teams. Duties will include:

Scope of Work:

WBG HR Knowledge Management team is looking for a SharePoint and AEM specialist to support several SharePoint platforms including the new MyHR web platform, Global Mobility Portal, KML, and Mental Health web site, amongst others, as well as AEM platforms to support the external HR site. The ideal candidate should have proven technical expertise in SharePoint Modern as well as experience with AEM platforms to support the external HR website.

Duties include:
• SharePoint custom development and reconfiguration for the rebuild of MyHR (Phase2), KML sites and Global Mobility Portal in the new modern framework and other technologies.• Analyze and improve the website backend structure.• Implement major functional updates to existing platforms and run site performance tests to enhance the user experience.• Assist with UX requirements and specifications for new website including prototyping and wireframes, user flows and similar.• Create complex websites and pages. • Assist with content, technical and functional requirements for new and current HR KM web platform projects. • Support user acceptance testing initiatives (e.g. search, chatbots, shared drive migration, pop-up polls) • Support the design and delivery of content strategy and content management activities• Conduct content inventories, audits, gap analysis, and taxonomy evaluations• Provide regular reports and analysis on usage of key information using sharepoint and adobe technologies• Assist training and capacity-building initiatives to ensure content management standards and practices are understood within HR• Assist the KM team with any other duties as needed including project management.

Selection Criteria
• Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and HR/Knowledge Management experience.• Strong technical knowledge of SharePoint Site development, Adobe Experience Management, experience with Tableau and PowerApps • Experience in building forms using PowerApps, integrating the forms for generating the report using Tableau and publishing the reports in SharePoint.• Experience building and maintaining Content Management Platforms• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines without compromising on quality• Ability to apply critical thinking to current approaches, identifies areas for improvement, and tries new solutions that drive results. • Understands clients' most pressing challenges and contributes to solutions. Takes personal responsibility for producing high-quality work, identifying, and communicating risks, and delivering client results.• Ability to articulate complex technical and technological concepts and issues in clear terms• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work in a team environment, as well as under minimal supervision
