HR Analyst Summer Internship
Job Description
Do you enjoy systems, reporting, and data modeling? Are you detail-oriented and analytical? Then the Human Resources (HR) Analyst Intern role may be the job for you. The HR Analyst Intern supports a compensation and benefits strategy and structure that will attract and retain employees. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits as well as a team responsible for HRIS, compensation, and benefits administration.

Other stuff we like:
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related degree.
- Internship or prior relevant work experience is preferred. Â
- Knowledge of HR systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Quantitative analytical skills, such as the ability to handle, interpret and translate studies of numbers and data.
- Ability to run, maintain and modify the existing tools and Excel models as well as build and develop new ones.
- Demonstrated excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong personal integrity in working with confidential employee information.
More details on what you would be responsible for:
Our Human Resources department is responsible for the functions of HR Systems, Compensation, Benefits, DEI, Recruiting, Community Affairs, Training, and Employee Relations. The projects you may work on will involve cross-functional and interdepartmental work and may include projects such as:
- Update and implement modules in HR systems (UKG Pro, Greenhouse, OrgChartNow, etc.)
- Build API links and create Dashboards in Power BI
- Job Description updating and management
- Recommend changes to streamline HR policies and procedures
- Update and build ad hoc and scheduled reporting in UKG Pro
- Audit and update employee data
