We’re headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with 5 further international hubs and over 800 people making great work for Apple in 26 markets around the globe.
We’re looking for a HR Assistant to support the team’s administrative needs to best serve our 400+ employees. This person will be responsible for ensuring all back-end processes such as paperwork, systems, and reports are properly maintained and organized.
Responsibilities
Coordinating all aspects leading up to freelance and full-time employees’ first days
Creating offer letters for new hires
Sending all relevant paperwork and information to new hires and their hiring managers leading up to the start date
Sending weekly new hire email introductions to the entire agency
Maintaining data integrity of various HR systems
Managing maintenance of freelance timesheet process
Sending freelancer last day reminders to hiring manager and recruiters
Keeping employee digital files up to date and organized
Updating org chart
Managing calendars, reminders, and distribution of gifts: eg. New hire swag, employee anniversaries, weddings, etc.
Maintain & updated the company intranet as needed for the HR Team e.g. new policies, company holidays – etc.
Handling miscellaneous requests and inquiries from anyone in the agency
Submitting and run reports when necessary
Processing Invoices
Ad-hoc support to the wider HR team when required
- Admin and calendar support for HR Director if needed

Standard salary for this role is roughly $55,000 - $60,000. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, skills, potential impact, and scope of role.
