As an HR Assistant  will support our HR team in all kinds of daily requests from employees ensuring a service-oriented approach to employee support

What you will do:
- You will support our HR team in all kinds of daily requests from employees ensuring a service-oriented approach to employee support
- You manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and clear documentation
- You assist in the coordination and delivery of onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires receive the necessary resources and information for a smooth start
- You assist with creating and maintaining HR documentation, templates, and articles in the Knowledge Management System (e.g., Confluence)
- You contribute to the administration and communication of employee benefits programs.
Who you are:
- You have 1-2 years of valuable experience in HR operations or administrative roles, with exposure to key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support
- You gained first knowledge of HR practices and an understanding of German employment laws and are excited to learn more in these areasÂ
- You are proficient with HR software like Personio for data maintenance and workflow support
- Your strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail allow you to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- You are service-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of the HR team
- You possess excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with both employees and external partners in a professional manner.
- You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
