ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a HR Associate for the Capital Markets team, you will be a key member of a small team that supports a wide range of critical talent initiatives, including recruiting processes, performance management, professional development, mentorship programs, and training. We partner closely with the investment professionals that we support in an inclusive and collaborative environment. The role is based at our headquarters in Boston with the option to work remotely on some days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Responsible for high volume of candidate scheduling, interview logistics and Super Days, collecting feedback, and coordination from screens through facilitating candidate debriefs
  • Manage candidate activity in Workday and related reporting
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

Performance Management & Data Management

  • Administer performance review processes. This will include preparing our Workday systems, gathering performance feedback, preparing materials for reviewers, and organizing talent calibration conversations with senior leadership.
  • Responsible for data management and analysis requests including headcount, upward feedback, and other requests

Culture, Professional Development & Mentorship

  • Coordinate training and mentorship programs in partnership with HRBPs, L&D team, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing development
  • Assist in the launch and coordination of employment engagement surveys throughout the year; participate in action planning against survey results/insights
  • Assist with various event planning activities throughout the year, including offsites, holiday party, teambuilding activities, etc.

GENERAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree; strong academic credentials
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years post undergraduate experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented role

  • Facility with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required; familiarity with Workday applications a plus.
