HR Assistant - Contract

Your Day to Day
As the HR Assistant for WECTEC Staffing Services, you will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, and data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network.
Additional duties include:
- Employee Data Management in multiple internal systems
- Process and manage ticketing system for all required employee changes
- Working with various departments within the company to address issues
- Employment Verifications
- Unemployment Claims
- Per Diem Certification
- Contractor Data Management
- Creation and revision of new and existing processes
- Data reporting and data validation
Who You Are
- 3 years of experience in HRIS Systems (PowerHUB, SuccessFactors, SAP preferred)
- Good understanding of Human Resources Operations and best practices
- Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
