Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.
Job Description
LET’S MAKE BOSCH A HOME FOR PEOPLE IN A DIGITAL AGE
Our team is looking for an HR Business Analyst who will be responsible for new requests and change requests for HR Analytics topics, assuming the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Implement concepts for HR data provisioning for analysis and PowerBI dashboards in line with the defined HR Analytics strategy.
- Plan the technical implementation of use cases for HR Analytics across all sub-systems of the HR Analytics ecosystem, including authorizations and testing.
- Documenting all data sources, data processing, data flows and data references. You will create and regularly review data catalogues, mapping tables and data models.
- Provide consultation services to HR dashboard developers, focusing on ensuring correct data usage, refining interfaces, and establishing clear definitions for data fields.
- Generate test data based on artificially generated data for the different use cases, considering the existing data models and dependencies between data fields in alignment with product owner from our HR Analytics IT infrastructure.
- Implement guiding principles and policies for authorization concepts within the framework of Authorization Identity Management (AIM), including IdM workflows, data usage and data models aligned with the product owner of the HR Analytics IT infrastructure and the Global topic owner of People Analytics.
Qualifications
- Education:Â completed university studies (master's degree) in HR Management, Data Analytics and Computer Science or a comparable subject.
- Experience and Knowledge:
- Understanding existing HR processes and business needs for HR Analytics;
- Knowledge and experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors systems and the underlying data models;
- Knowledge and experience in data architecture, data flows, data mappings, interface technologies, data management;
- Knowledge and experience in PowerBI, especially in data modeling and SQL.

- You work proactively as well as goal and solution-oriented.
- Languages:Â business fluent in both written and spoken English.
