What you will do

The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex challenges and gets excited about driving innovation to address human capital priorities. You will need to think strategically working on key initiatives and projects in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, culture, diversity, and leadership development. You will need to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done while partnering closely with your HR team members. You will be true partner to the business in a fast-paced, ever changing, and growing environment. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute commercial people strategies with your client groups in support of our business strategy and operational objectives with a keen focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Focus on performance management by providing advice and guidance on leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and separations
  • Build strong relationships with your clients, establishing an effective partnership as an experienced business partner capable providing advice and expertise tailored for specific business needs
  • Use data to identify trends, determine the root cause of issues, and drive informed decision making for your businesses
  • Partner closely with the broader HR team including member of Compensation, Benefits, and Legal across the U.S., UK, and Asia
  • Execute on talent management strategies in partnership the firm’s Recruiting teams to support business objectives
  • Lead the firm’s reward philosophy through proactive consultation and partnership with the Compensation team to drive a meritocracy

You are an experienced HR professional that has a passion for challenging the status quo as you are motivated by complexity and challenges. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment focusing on how to evolve the HR landscape for your clients. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating and working with your global colleagues. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make sound decisions in complex situations.


 

What’s required

  • 7+ years of HR business partner experience working in a high paced environment
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and partners
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and trusted relationships across your clients and partners
  • Ability to use HR reporting and analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range is $200,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
