Summary
Lincoln Electric is adding a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to its headquarters team, located in Cleveland, Ohio. This is an outstanding opportunty that will provide career growth potential. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work with their business partners to execute HR strategies focused on talent including organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Responsibilities
The HRBP a cts as a primary point of contact to support employees and provide counsel and guidance to internal partners across the organization. In addition, this position will:
- Facilitateopen, two-way, timely communication and collaboration, while building trust with employees andmanagement.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and approachability for all employees.
- Coach and mentor frontline supervisors and managers to effectively lead and develop their teams.
- Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect and assists in employee relations investigations.
- Collaborate with leadership in support of change management initiatives along with ensuring the appropriatecommunication of these initiative.
- Workcollaboratively with the Global HR team members to promote the consistent approach of HR practices throughout the organization.
- Serveas primary HR contact for leaders assisting with matters related to employee relations, recruiting, and facilitates execution of activities with corporate HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, HR systems and Organizational Development.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers in the interpretation of policies, procedures, programs, andapplications related to new regulations and laws.
- Analyzetrends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions and propose to businesspartners.
Required
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications;
- Minimum five years' experience in HR/Generalist capacity,manufacturing experiencepreferred. Degree & experience combination will be taken into consideration.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of HR activities, reducinglegal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Legal Department as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing demands, accept feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems
Preferred
- Master's Degree preferred; SPHR/PHR Certification preferred.
- SuccessFactors preferred.
