Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner provides human resources leadership and coaching to their assigned client group. The HR Business Partner is responsible for employee relations, training and development, and strategic support within the business unit. As a partner to the organization the HR Business Partner is a critical member of the business unit's management team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Employee relations and development of leaders to proactively and efficiently maintain a productive and positive culture.
- Development, interpretation, and consistent application of corporate policies.
- Investigations and resolution of employee relation matters.
- Partner with business unit leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and morale.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on sourcing, selecting, and onboarding of the best candidates.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on internal sourcing, selection, and development of internal candidates.
- Coordinate, develop, and deliver leadership training to all levels within the business unit.
- Provide trainings on policies, procedures, performance management, conflict resolution, compliance, communication, and more.
- Partner with other HR functional areas to improve processes, share best practices, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Provide strategic guidance and insight for more effective operations of the business unit.
- Facilitate open communications focused on a culture of continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field from regionally accredited not-for-profit College or University required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in employee relations, training and development, and strategic HR alignment required.
- Experience with a variety of work teams preferred (manufacturing, technology, administration, field sales, and field technical support).
- Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA, or similar preferred.
- Professional certification in human resources preferred.
- Project management certification preferred.
- International experience preferred.
Additional Information
- Anticipated salary range is $80,000 - $105,000/year.
