HR Business Partner

Your role at Exness:
As a HRBP, you will be focusing on aligning business objectives with designated business functions. This role also involves formulating partnerships across the People function to deliver quality service to all stakeholders reflecting Exness's people-centric and high-performance culture.
You will:
- Work with the assigned business units to establish effective HR partnering and ensure open and continuous dialogue that promotes understanding of their business needs and priorities
- Provide strategic input, advice and delivery on all People processes including resourcing, compensation & benefits, employee services, management development, employee relations, employee communications and employee professional development
- Support succession plans for the divisions and acquire top talent (supporting cross-divisional moves where possible), and ensure that appropriate interventions are delivered and supported by the L&D team
- Coaches and supports line managers in their roles as leaders and people managers in order to gain maximum contribution and commitment from their teams
- Reviewing and building capability, ensuring development needs are captured and embedded through performance conversations, personal development plans and career frameworks
- Lead the workforce planning activity within the assigned units and ensure the best possible resources allocation according to the overall business needs
- Continuously support employee engagement and promote the Exness culture and ways of working
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years of experience as HRBP
- Experience in working in FinTech and Software development industries will be consider as advantage
- Strong business acumen mind set
- Demonstrates creative thinking and has experience of implementing appropriate and value add HR solutions
- Experience in managing and leading HR initiatives including change projects
- Ability to work well at pace and under pressure and to thrive on challenge responsibility
- Ability to work fairly independently
- Excellent communication, influencing skills.
- Ability to challenge constructively and manage and resolve conflicting priorities and stakeholder concerns whilst building and maintaining relationships.
- Be a team player with the ability to motivate and work alongside others and share best practice.
- Identifies and manages key HR risks associated with people interventions and providing input into complex employee relation cases.
