Responsibilities:
- Provide creative people support and consultation to the business through coaching and training that are aligned with our fast-paced, results-driven environment, while maintaining our value of exceptional experiences at the center of everything.
- Act as a partner, advisor and expert on matters related to performance, people development and effectiveness with the Blanchard SMART goal model at the core.
- Identify themes and trends through various consultations and make recommendations to drive business goals and improve processes.
- Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support our tremendous growth and build a work environment where team members can thrive and grow.
- Guide, support and facilitate change management communication.
- Review and analyze business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, recommend systemic improvements.
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes.
- Build internal relationships with a flexible and agile approach to personal, interpersonal and leadership styles.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience working in HR/People/Training/Recruitment field.
- Experience as an Executive Coach or similar.
- Experience leading/managing a team.
- Strong problem solver that gets to the root cause of issues with the ability to quickly diagnose and develop practical, strategic solutions.
- Strong business acumen, executive coaching skills, excellent communications skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills.
- Extensive experience leading a team through succession planning, performance management and investigations.
- Exceptional influence as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and handle multiple matters at once while seeing them through to resolution.
- Expert in advising leaders with people-focused solutions and strategies.
