Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/year DOEÂ

Position Summary:Â
We are looking for an experienced individual to be a business partner within our Corporate and Field HR teams. The HRBP is responsible for applying their proven expertise to drive critical business outcomes that align with our long-term organizational strategies, along with assisting in day-to-day matters. The individual in this role will be seen as a subject matter expert in several areas of HR including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, employment law & legal compliance, leadership development, field safety and driving Blue Raven Solar culture.
Essential Duties:Â
- Provide management coaching to front-line and senior leaders.
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to drive outcome-focused changes, including propelling Blue Raven's company-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data to make informed business decisions, contributing to company success through our people function.
- Conduct thorough employee investigations and recommend appropriate action.
- Support business leaders with interpretation, implementation and application of HR policies and best practices.
- Ensure proper safety training/policy and legal regulation across our national workforce.
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of several of the following areas:Â leadership coaching, legal investigations, employment law, employee experience initiatives, talent acquisition, training, performance improvement, organization change, and general HR best practices
- 5+ years of applicable HR experience
- 2-3 years in a HR leadership capacity, either as a manager or business partner
- Experience functioning with multi-state and/or construction (licensing) experience is a big plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related subject preferred
- Proven track record working as a high-achieving go-getter
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.Â
