We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support our growth by providing comprehensive HR solutions to our rapidly expanding team.
As an HR Business Partner at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization thrive by effectively managing various HR programs and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team, managers, and employees to drive performance management, career development, employee recognition, engagement, and issue resolution. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce is aligned with our mission and values, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Develop and maintain career development programs, tools, and resources. Collaborate with employees and managers to identify career growth opportunities, succession planning, and talent development.
- Create and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance. Encourage a culture of appreciation and acknowledgment.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys, gather feedback, and implement action plans to address areas of improvement.
- Work closely with managers to address employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns. Provide guidance and support in resolving issues while ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.Â
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldÂ
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
