What we're looking for

We are looking for a People Partner to work collaboratively with our COO and CTO organizations on HR programs, policies and programs to guide a positive employee experience. Specifically, you will partner directly with VPs and Directors across Product Design, Business Operations and Engineering to solve challenges through people solutions, collaborating across geographies. You will collaborate with diverse partners across the organization and build a culture that attracts and enables passionate team members to have significant impact and do their best work. This role will report to the Director of People Partners.

This is a critical role to support the business growth and evolution while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

You will

  • Partner directly with our leadership team to influence organizational change and transformation.
  • Advise and coach leadership on people-related strategies and decisions including organizational design, resource planning, change management and compensation. Using a data first approach.
  • Lead People Programs across client groups, including bi-annual compensation reviews, talent review, and engagement survey analysis.
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence including Legal, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards,Talent Development and Momentive Together to execute on People Team programs and DEI initiatives.
  • Support and resolve complex and escalated employee relations issues, including partnering on investigations.

You have

  • 3-6 years of HR experience in a high growth environment.
  • Has a people centric and "roll up your sleeves" work style
  • Experience should include demonstrated competence in various HR areas: coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and program management.
  • Comfortable working independently. Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality
  • A collaborative individual with a detailed oriented, partner-oriented and solutions driven mindset.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
