HR Business Partner:
HR Business Partners at Nayya work closely with their leadership team stakeholders to support successful business outcomes through a highly effective people strategy. They help design and execute strategic people initiatives for their assigned business functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, coaching/development, compensation, change management, HR compliance, and training programs. HR Business partners have a high degree of business acumen, can balance short and long-term business priorities in designing solutions and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity in managing sensitive employee matters.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with business goals
- In partnership with HR colleagues, deliver on core people processes such as performance management, talent management, engagement, promotion, and compensation
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Support change management including organizational design changes, communicating updates to strategies and plans and building an adaptable organization
- Leverage data to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive sound decision making and increase employee satisfaction.
- Identify training needs for the business units and participate in evaluation of programs to ensure success.
- Support employee development, career mobility and upskilling to drive performance and create robust succession pipelines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills; ability to influence across levels
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including direct experience supporting a senior leader with a distributed employee population as a designated HR partner
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of HR Business partner or generalist experience preferred
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, operations, and risk management
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential valued but not required
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $110,000- $145,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.Β
