We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource Business Partner whose overarching role is to ensure that the business goals and objectives of the organizations are achieved through creative and best-in-class HR practices. You will become a trusted advisor and consultant to the Chief Technology Officer, Technology Development, and Engineering organizations.

You will provide strategic and pragmatic HR programs and solutions across a broad spectrum of HR matters relating to organization design/effectiveness, talent management, performance management, culture development, management development, workforce planning, staffing, immigration, employee relations, and compensation. You will be actively engaged in the implementation of all Corporate annual programs, together with facilitating organization specific HR initiatives in close collaboration with other team members.

You will provide advice and counsel to senior level executives on all HR related matters and engage with all employees at all levels on employee relations matters to drive organizational effectiveness. You will help to drive change management initiatives to support Allegro's vision, mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong business acumen and foster trusted relationships with executives and all clients.
  • Develop annual organization specific HR plans and priorities that support business objectives.
  • Act as single point of contact for employees and managers in the assigned organization on HR matters.
  • Establish annual and quarterly workforce plans and ensure that planned positions are filled in a timely manner through Talent Acquisition Group. Actively involved in creation of offers and closing key candidates. Interview and be part of selection process for key roles within the organization.
  • Actively engage in and support complex organizational design initiatives.
  • Support employee related immigration processes with external immigration consultant.
  • Lead annual talent management process, working with leaders to identify key talent, establish succession plans assess development needs and provide learning solutions.
  • Lead quarterly performance management process to ensure employees goals and assessment are completed and that employees are receiving on-going feedback. Providing management coaching and training on performance management and proactively address performance gaps.
  • Lead implementation of all annual compensation programs being sure to drive pay for performance and desired differentiation. Creatively resolve employee retention risks.
  • Collaborate with leaders on employee relations challenges in alignment with Allegro's core values and culture. Facilitate discussions with managers to bring the best solutions for employees, being sure to also drive compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain employee information and proactively support automated HR processes through Workday HCM.
  • Manage the interface between the business units and other centers of expertise with the HR Team (i.e. compensation & benefits).
  • Manage HR Projects cross-functionally and internationally as assigned.
  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management plus a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience as an HRBP, preferably in a global company. Using your skills as a team player, you will also possess the following:

  • Demonstrated knowledge local labor laws; global knowledge desirable
  • Strong employee relations skill
  • Working knowledge of Workday or other comparable HCM skills
  • Proven track record of driving results
  • M&A experience desired, but not required.

Domestic and internal travel will be approximately 10% annually.
