THE ROLE
FinancialForce is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner contractor to cover an employee leave. This role will support the Customer Support organization, and will act as a consultant to leadership on all Human Resources related issues. The ideal candidate should be a proactive communicator who can successfully solve problems through balancing employee needs with business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Ability to assess and anticipate human resources related needs.
- Coach and develop leaders through workforce and succession planning, as well as performance management and business unit restructuring
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in all people focused activities and discussions.
- Proven success in driving programs around productivity and retention.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships at all levels, to ensure delivery of services and goals are being met.
- Strategize and deliver against business plans & financials position of the business units.
- Collaborate across Global ES working with specialist units such as a team with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS to manage and direct the needs for the business.
- Ability to successfully mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 5+ years proven success as a senior level HR Business Partner, preferably in technology
- Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills at all levels
- Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with leaders
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Strategic mindset but ability and willingness to be hands-on
- Ability to lead ES projects, working across the organization
- Technology industry experience preferred
- Proven experience supporting a global technology organization
