Job Description:

Due to the growth of our business, XMotors AI Inc. is in demand for the professional services of an HR business partner (HRBP). The HR business partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain and update a wide variety of written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) for the purpose of processing hiring-related paperwork, documenting activities, providing written reference, and conveying information;
• Coordinate with members to implement human resources policies and practices including hiring, background checks, employee handbooks, employee training, discipline, and termination protocols;
• Inform job candidates of details regarding compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.;
• Oversee management of payroll, insurance, 401K, and all other benefits. Respond to inquiries and resolves concerns in a timely manner;
• Identify professional/supervisory training needs, develop a training curriculum and select training materials, sources, and programs;
• Ensure competitive and realistic wage-setting based on studying the labor market, labor laws, employment trends and salary analysis based on job functions;
• Provide performance management guidance (coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions);
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance;
• Assist and consult managers and employees regarding issues involving performance management, termination and conflict resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in human resources or a related field;
• one year experience in technical talent sourcing and recruitment strategies;
• Experience using productivity tools such as ADP, Greenhouse ATS, HRIS/HCM, and Google Workspace;
• Skilled in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, compensation, organizational design and development, employee relations, training and development, workforce planning;
• Savvy at enterprise HR system and Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
