Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Business Partner to enhance our growing Specialty HR team's capabilities. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented individual comfortable across the entire spectrum of business-facing HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of the function, while also being adept at aligning HR processes and goals with business objectives and priorities. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic team.
How you'll make an impact
- Implement HR strategies that support the business objectives, focusing on growth, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Conduct day-to-day operational HR tasks to support a dynamic employee population
- Partner closely with our Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver high-quality HR services and solutions across the organization.
- Provide input and support the development and implementation of HR processes, focused on building efficient, scalable solutions for the business and HR
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, team cohesion, and workplace culture.
- Offer guidance on performance management, compensation, and benefits to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Participate in the M&A process, from due diligence to integration and onboarding

About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or in a similar HR role.
