All about the role:
The HR Business Partner is a strategic and tacticalrole responsible for driving the implementation of the Electrolux HR strategyin support of the North America Supply Chain function, including our seven USregional distribution centers.
In this role you will be able to coach, collaborateand partner with the managers, salaried and hourly employees to provide effectiveHR solutions for business, people, and organizational issues.
What you'll do:
Be a Strategic Business Partner:
- Understand and anticipate business priorities and supports the drive for performance and results
- Understand business context and challenges
- Use business knowledge to provide effective solutions that align with business goals
- Partner with leadership to understand key performance issues, objectives and drivers and their implications for people and organizational strategies
Be a Change Champion:
- Embrace change and understands strategies to address and reduce employee resistance
- Challenge the status quo, champion new initiatives and act as a catalyst for change that drives continuous improvement
- Coach managers on leading change, engaging employees, and effectively building capabilities
- Support the delivery of the people strategy within the business, sector and drive business results through the identification and development of targeted HR/OD interventions.
Be a Talent Manager and Organizational Designer:
- Select, retain, and develop the right talent and capabilities.
- Develop and implement proactive talent management solutions to deliver business results.
- Coach, challenge, and support managers in their role of people development and processes.
- Develop, implement and support proactive talent management solutions to deliver business results, engaging stakeholders and coaching managers and employees on process and Tools.
- Develop tools in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and HR Services to maximize opportunities for economies of scale, global consistency, and shared learning.
Be a Tactical HR Operational Guide:
- Provide andadminister human resources plans and procedures for assigned client group.
- Guide and support leaders on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary guidance.
- Administer compensation program, including annual merit and compensation processes.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Consult and assist the business in workforce planning efforts, including recruiting interviewing and selection.
Qualificationsrequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- 7+ years of business partner experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a HRBP capacity supporting a line of business
HR experience with a Supply Chain function or warehouse environment preferred - Experience on driving Change Management initiatives
- Ability to balance the strategic and the practical
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Ability to travel up to 25%
