HR Compliance Associate

Job Mobz, a Recruiter.com company, provides recruitment and talent acquisition support to clients all over the world. We embed recruiters with our clients to support them with various recruitment and talent functions. 

We are seeking a HR Compliance Associate to work on a temporary assignment with our client. In this role, this individual will assist with critical onboarding and compliance-related tasks. The HR Compliance Associate 
will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance standards, and
supporting the team in delivering high-quality HR services.

Tasks will include:

• onboarding documentation
• background checks
• expirables document/certifications follow-up
• compliance training accounts set-up
• government compliance and regulation processing and tracking

This assignment will be about 3-6 months long. 

Work location: Remote

Pay range: $20 - $25/hr
